1. Refund
We do not provide refunds for services that have already been completed.
If you are not satisfied with your service, please inform us within 1 week and present your receipt so we can address your concern promptly.
2. Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are non-returnable and non-refundable.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or destroyed Gift Certificates.
3. Client Wellness
If you are feeling unwell (fever, cold, flu, or infections), we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment.
Services may be refused if open wounds, fungus, or infections are present — for your safety and that of others.
Please inform us of any skin sensitivities, allergies, or medical conditions before starting a service.
4. Customer Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who:
- Is rude or disrespectful to staff or other clients
- Is under the influence of drugs or alcohol
- Displays disruptive or inappropriate behavior
